From the above process flow, it can be seen that the container unloading should adapt to the whole container manufacturing process. In the painting station of the assembly line, if overtime work or mistakes are made in weld sand blasting, middle paint and finish paint spraying, the production pace will slow down or the whole line will be paralyzed. Take painting as an example. Whether it is automatic painting or manual painting, it must meet the requirements, meet the production beat, and complete painting and drying within 7-8 minutes. If the exterior paint and paint film are baked for thousands, the assembly of the work line and trademark pasting cannot be carried out; The thickness of one-time painting must meet the requirements of the specified film thickness, and the film thickness must be uniform; The appearance quality of the coating is excellent, without pinholes, gas robes, sagging and other phenomena.
